Charles Town Farmers Market
The Charles Town Farmers Market is THE place to be on Saturday mornings. As Jefferson County’s premier farmers market, we offer more vendors, more products, and more fun!
A seasonal, weekly gathering of farmers, consumers, bakers, kids, musicians, artists, athletes, non-profits, business owners, city and town representatives and interested citizens.
A place to shop, relax, visit, talk, connect, eat, and enjoy.
Vegetables, fruit, eggs, bedding plants, kombucha, breakfast burritos, honey, meat, baked goods, coffee, plants/seedlings, bath and body products, popcorn, milk, goat cheese, pies, salsa, locally made crafts, cut flowers, vinegars and rubs, and more!
I just LOVE this market. One block jam-packed with a wonderful selection of local vendors. The variety is perfect, and the consistency is dependable. You are supporting local and regional family owned businesses. Larger markets don’t always have this restriction, and you may not know where the goods originate. You can get in and out with just what you need, or grab breakfast, coffee or kombucha, and hang out with friends. I’ve been coming for over five years and it is the highlight of my summer. This one has awesome selection packed into a small package. Come visit, you won’t regret it.
I go to a ton of markets, but the people here make this one the best. Fresh food, live tunes, amazing food vendors(who intoxicated my hunger with their smells), and the never ending parade of dogs and children passing by. It’s amazing how many people I’ve met now in the last 4 weeks, and how much I missed the market when I couldn’t make one. The organizers are above average in their constant improvement of this market. Seriously, your missing out if you don’t give this place a try.
Love the selection, the music and the many different options to buy fresh and local produce/breads/meats etc. I have yet to be disappointed with anything that I have brought home. This is a must do for Saturday mornings….My kids love walking and seeing the dogs and all the different vendors. Thank you for having a great local place to buy the awesome local offerings!! I just wish it was year round.
